Our research is based on the contributions of many talented students, fellows, and
collaborators associated with the lab, influenced greatly by other researchers in
our field. Some of our recent published contributions to research on human learning
and memory and its brain substrates are listed below. They include our findings
from various research studies, using a range of methods, studying a variety of populations,
across the lifespan. They include investigations of multiple memory systems, the
brain mechanisms supporting different forms of memory, the impact of TBI on memory, and the effects of exercise
and nutrition on memory in toddlers, young adults, and healthy elderly participants.
